By using Willappy, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as simple and human as possible — because nobody should need a lawyer to understand the rules of a community they’re joining.
Willappy (willappy.com) is a community platform for young women with ambitions in content creation, gaming, entrepreneurship, fashion, sports, and life in general. It’s built to be a real, supportive space — not a corporate product.
It is operated as a personal project. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
You must meet the minimum age requirement to create an account on Willappy. A date of birth is required at registration and is used solely to verify eligibility. We do not display your age publicly.
Providing a false date of birth to bypass age verification is a violation of these Terms. If we discover an account was registered with a false date of birth, we will remove it without notice. Any legal liability arising from misrepresentation of age rests entirely with the individual who provided false information.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don’t share your password. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.
Anything you post on Willappy — photos, text, links, media — remains yours. You keep full ownership of your content.
By posting on Willappy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of running the service. We don’t claim ownership. We don’t sell your content. We don’t use it for advertising.
You are responsible for the content you post. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.
Willappy is built on the idea that young women should be able to show up authentically without being torn down. That means the community has to actively protect that environment. These aren’t just rules — they’re what makes the space work.
Violating these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban — depending on severity. We’ll use our judgement and we’re not obligated to warn you first for serious violations.
Protecting younger members of our community is an absolute priority. The following rules apply to everyone on the platform without exception — no grey areas, no excuses.
Content scanning: All images and media uploaded through Willappy are automatically scanned for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) using Cloudflare’s CSAM Scanning Tool, in partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Any detected content is blocked immediately and reported to NCMEC and, where required, to law enforcement.

Willappy is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, safe, and useful — but we can’t guarantee the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us (which, as a free platform, is zero).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and, where applicable, European Union law (including GDPR). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We’ll update these Terms when needed. If the changes are significant, we’ll announce them in the Latest Tea section and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Willappy after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
